&lt;p&gt;The menu has been painstakingly prepared by Executive Head Chef,
Paul Hart, who has worked closely with &lt;a

Wines&lt;/a&gt; to produce a menu to delight wine aficionados and budding
bon vivants. The wines featured are from the renowned houses of &lt;a

&lt;p&gt;McLaren Vale based Mitolo is a family owned winery established
in 1999 by Frank Mitolo whose Italian family roots inspired his
early interest and enthusiasm for good food and great wine.
Winemaker Ben Glaetzer became a partner in the business in 2001.
The fusion of Frank's knowledge of the land and business acumen and
Ben's winemaking talent has resulted in one of Australia's most
awarded wineries.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Innocent Bystander takes the quality and regionality message

2004 by Phil Sexton, Phil works with their own vineyards and
like-minded growers to select fruit from the best sites for each
variety. The Innocent Bystander range is a mix of the tried and
tested (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir - the varieties the Yarra Valley
does best) and the new and quirky (Pinot Gris and Pink Moscato)
that highlights the cool climate of Victoria.&lt;/p&gt;

demonstrations at the Edinburgh Christmas Shopping Festival.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The show is taking place at the Assembly Rooms on George Street
between 11.30am - 4.30pm and Paul will be sharing his expert skills
and cooking styles with the public.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This fantastic Christmas festival will feature over 50
exhibitors, outstanding Christmas shopping and guarantees a
fantastic family day out. There will be plenty of food stalls,
health and beauty outlets, handmade products, beauty ranges and a
Santa's Grotto.&lt;/p&gt;
