  Wine Tasting Dinner - 25th April27 March 2013

  The Scotsman's latest fine dining and wine tasting event has just been announced. It will take place on the 25th of April at 7.00pm and be held in our exclusive Russell Suite.

  The event is being held in conjunction with Liberty Wines and the celebrated houses of Innocent Bystander and Mitolo... Executive Head Chef, Paul Hart, has crafted the perfect menu to work in harmony with the fantastic selection of Australian wines being served on the night.

  Executive Chef Paul Hart and his team have created the perfect menu for the romantic event of the year. This Valentine's, treat that someone special to a four course Valentine's Extravaganza at the Scotsman Hotel's North Bridge Brasserie.

  With its abundance of marble, towering columns and impressive balcony, the North Bridge Brasserie delivers big on romantic atmosphere; whilst Chef Hart will be using the finest local produce to deliver a Valentine's feast that hits all the right notes.

  Executive Head Chef Paul Hart of the North Bridge Brasserie demonstrates his cooking skills at the Edinburgh Christmas Shopping Festival 8th - 9th December 2013.

  Guaranteed to be an outstanding family day out, with exceptional Christmas shopping, tasty food, a Santa's Grotto... and some quality demonstrations from our award winning chef.

  The event is taking place at the Assembly Rooms, George Street between 11.00am and 4.30pm, all are welcome.
