Burns Night Comes to the Scotsman Hotel's North Bridge
Brasserie
The Scotsman Hotel is presenting an evening of Burns Night celebrations in the fantastic North Bridge Brasserie. Executive Head Chef Paul Hart has put his own unique twist on this traditional classic; and will be serving up a Burns Night Supper with modernistic aplomb on the 25th January 2013.

With a prune and Armagnac puree
And pickled onions
