Demonstrates his Cooking Skills at the Edinburgh Christmas Shopping Festival

On the 8th - 9th December 2013, the Executive Head Chef at our North Bridge Brasserie, Paul Hart, will be giving exclusive cookery demonstrations at the Edinburgh Christmas Shopping Festival.

The show is taking place at the Assembly Rooms on George Street between 11.30am - 4.30pm and Paul will be sharing his expert skills and cooking styles with the public.

This fantastic Christmas festival will feature over 50 exhibitors, outstanding Christmas shopping and guarantees a fantastic family day out. There will be plenty of food stalls, health and beauty outlets, handmade products, beauty ranges and a Santa's Grotto.
