For this, the most romantic time of the year, Executive Chef Paul Hart and his team have pushed the boat out to create the perfect menu for you and your special someone. His Four Course Valentine's Extravaganza will be served to you using only the finest locally sourced produce... to create an eclectic Scottish treat designed to hit all the right notes.

Served in the North Bridge Brasserie, with its abundance of marble, towering columns and impressive balcony... you're guaranteed a night of perfect romance and fine dining.

The Scotsman Hotel

The Scotsman 5 star luxury boutique hotel, located at Edinburgh's historic North Bridge, can be found just off the Royal Mile in the midst of the old city.
