Rosette AA awarded North Bridge Brasserie & Bar is also available for private hire for your wedding.  The grand Victorian setting heralds from when the building was used by The Scotsman newspaper, and is set in the newspaper's splendid original oak panelled reception hall, with imposing marble pillars. The menu is modern Scottish using locally sourced, seasonal produce. Don't forget to try something from the innovative cocktail list.

Scotsman Spa & Health Club

For top to toe pre-wedding treatments and spa days, The Scotsman Spa & Health Club is located in the first two floors of the hotel.  There are 7 treatment rooms,a 16 metre stainless steel swimming pool, juice bar, fitness & aerobics studio, sauna, steam room, artic showers and personal trainers. The Spa uses scientifically proven Thalgo products for mens's and women's facials, spa rituals and body wraps.
